Lab Specialist – Clinical Simulation

Job Title: Lab Specialist – Clinical Simulation. Department: Meril Academy Global – Skill Lab & Clinical Education Location: Vapi Reports To: Manager / Senior Manager – Meril Academy Global Job Purpose: To support and deliver high-quality hands-on clinical education through skill labs and simulation rooms by planning, coordinating, and executing academic workshops, CME programs, and structured fellowship training, while ensuring safe operation, optimal utilization, and compliance of all simulation equipment and facilities. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, coordinate, and execute academic workshops, CME programs, and structured fellowship training in collaboration with the faculty and stakeholders. • Ensure high-quality hands-on clinical education through skill labs and simulation rooms by maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment. • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination. • Collaborate with the faculty and stakeholders to design and deliver customized training programs for healthcare professionals. • Monitor and report on the utilization of simulation equipment and facilities to optimize resource allocation. • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures related to clinical education and simulation-based training. • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the skill lab and simulation rooms. • Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager / Senior Manager – Meril Academy Global.
