Laboratory Analyst (Microbiology/Physical-Chemical)

Act in a versatile manner in the laboratories of Lesaffre's factory in Narandiba.

Microbiology: Perform microbiological analyses on samples of raw materials, products in process, and finished products, ensuring compliance with quality and food safety standards established. Scale up pure culture, ensuring adequate growth of yeast without contamination for industrial fermentation processes. Calibrate measurement and testing equipment at the plant and laboratory. Record results in systems from controls and self-controls of procedures in the area. Meet Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental norms registered in internal regulations. Maintain, along with the team, the organization and cleanliness of the laboratory and its materials.
