Job Description:
- Responsible for monitoring and producing asphaltic, cemented, and soil mixtures ensuring they meet technical and contractual requirements, as well as accompanying and receiving raw materials at the plants, processes of dosing, mixing, and temperature control, and validating tests performed in the plant laboratory;
- Acknowledge the processes of dosing, mixing, and temperature control of the mixtures produced at the plants and field tests, temperature control of the received mixtures on site and during application;
- Prepare periodic reports for management, highlighting quality and performance indicators of the plants, as well as supporting technical teams in implementing process improvements;
- Verify in the field the origin, traceability, and compliance with approved parameters and specifications of the materials delivered to service fronts;
- Acknowledge receipt of raw materials at the plants (CAP, Portland Cement etc.) and their respective validation tests and technological control;
- Ensure that used materials meet technical specifications and contractual norms applicable;
- Validate tests performed in the plant laboratory, ensuring the accuracy of results and quality of mixtures;
- Inspect all equipment and instruments at the plant laboratories to ensure they are calibrated and in good working condition;
- Review technical reports and conformity certificates issued by the laboratory;
- Monitor production process quality, identifying any deviations and proposing solutions to ensure compliance with established standards;
- Acknowledge internal and external audits related to production at the plants;
- Maintain organized records of production processes and test results, ensuring through reports, photographic records, test notes, and production annotations the traceability of mixtures provided for construction projects.
