You will have the opportunity to strengthen your expertise in dairy production analyses! Within a team of 12 employees and with the support of your manager Patrice, Laboratory Manager, you will develop your practice of analytical techniques. In this capacity, you will: - Control the conformity of equipment (metrology), pH meter calibration - Manage samples (Collect, control, prepare, identify, distribute, and store) - Perform analyses in accordance with current methods - Carry out various samplings, tests, and analyses (mixer analysis and finished product analysis) - Record and communicate results - Guarantee compliance with our requirements in terms of safety, hygiene, and product quality This position is available as a permanent contract (CDI) with 3x8 shift work (5 am-1 pm / 1 pm-9 pm / 9 pm-5 am).
