Laborant microbiologie

You're best at being surrounded by test tubes, analysis equipment and colleagues in lab coats all day. The lab work is then also in your DNA and thanks to your efforts we can guarantee the food safety of various food products.

A glimpse into your task package:

• Your function consists of several parts. First and foremost, you will register the stainless steel, then bemonsteren and feed tanks. After incubation, next to the interpretation of cultures, techniques such as PCR and ELISA will come into play. Besides microbiology, these techniques are further developed in our biochemistry lab for determining allergens, GGOs and species identification. Furthermore, you are responsible for general quality control. Finally, you are personally responsible for the calibration and maintenance of the used laboratory equipment;
• The analyses and samples are very diverse. We process all sorts of food products, but also water will pass through your critical eye and be analyzed;
• To align our activities as well as possible with our customers, the microbiology lab also works on weekends. You won't find it a problem to work 1 time per month on Saturday.
