The or the perfect candidate: The or the perfect candidate has completed an apprenticeship as a laboratory technician or pharmacist, or holds a Bachelor's degree in a natural or technical science field, and has at least three years of experience in pharmaceutical laboratory work. The or she brings fundamental GMP knowledge, works safely with laboratory IT systems, and convinces through hands-on, operational working methods, teamwork, flexibility, and reliability in a dynamic environment. Bill Rate: up to CHF 45 (depending on experience) - Work location: Basel - Workload: 100% - Home Office: No - Team: 12 employees - Working hours: Standard Tasks & Responsibilities: - Independent development and optimization of laboratory activities in biotechnological Wirkstoffproduktion in a GMP environment - Support of production interfaces to ensure process flows and analysis-based support for troubleshooting to ensure product requirements in the laboratory area - Operation and maintenance of various laboratory equipment and instruments - Sample management (transport and storage) - Material management in laboratory areas and ensuring labor readiness - Maintenance of master data in systems such as sLIMS, Unilab, and MES - Ensuring WCB administration, seed culture, and its cultivation in the seed laboratory - Independent processing of changes, deviations, and CAPAs, as well as reviewing and releasing documents in QMS - Participation in internal and external inspections/audits - Support for continuous improvement measures and process optimizations Must Haves: - Completed apprenticeship as a laboratory technician/pharmacist or Bachelor's degree in technical or natural science field, ideally in biotechnology or biology - At least 3 years of professional experience in laboratory work within the pharmaceutical environment - Experience with GMP (documentation) - Safe handling of IT systems and laboratory software (e.g. LIMS, Unilab) as well as MES (***), advantageous - Willingness to work on-call duty (every 6-8 weeks) - Fluent in German; English skills are advantageous - Flexibility, adaptability, and reliability in tasks in a dynamic environment with changing priorities - Good at organization and communication - Team player Unhappy, underutilized or curious about something new?
