You will be responsible for: Coordinating lab operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources. Providing administrative support to laboratory staff, including scheduling, record-keeping, and communication. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of laboratory activities, samples, and results. Assisting in the development and implementation of laboratory procedures and protocols. Participating in quality control and assurance initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion. Performing other duties as assigned by management.
