Job description
Quality Control • Inspection / sampling / testing of all incoming goods (bulk, finished, packaging) • Test all incoming product (bulk, packed, components) except where facilities are not available and product must be sent to outside agency • Assist in the submission of samples to third party labs for testing. • Assist with in-house audits • Ensure status labelling of all products and materials • Complete release / testing documentation for Bulk Warehouse for Re-packing or for Finished Product Warehouse for Distribution • Liaise with Finish Product Warehouse for re-work (where applicable) • Check Bulk Products prior to testing • Ensure batch documentation is collated and correctly filed • Ensure maintenance / servicing of Laboratory equipment / facilities • Routinely check released product for compliance to GWP in the Warehouse • Comply with requirements of the company's International and various Regulatory authorities
