Job description
Join our dynamic team as an L2 Backoffice Engineer, where you'll play a pivotal role in implementing cutting-edge SD WAN solutions. We are looking for a talented individual who is fluent in both German and English to support our operations in Timisoara and Bucharest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop High-Level and Low-Level Designs to secure customer projects.
- Conduct development and testing of services across platforms.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer success.
- Manage routing, switching, MPLS, and VPN tasks.
- Act as a platform owner, overseeing capacity management.
- Support test labs and conduct sales training sessions.
- Offer technical consulting for SD WAN solutions, including platform configuration for rollouts.
- Complete end customer data collection forms for complex solutions.
- Participate in remote technical SD WAN rollouts.
- Collaborate with partners to process customer requests and changes.
- Drive continuous improvement of processes.
