L2 Application Support (Swift)

Monitor the SWIFT application system in production to ensure the system is healthy. Address the operational queries raised by users and provide the necessary information to close the ticket. Perform and document SIT/UAT for the development team. Support UAT, carry out investigations on issues reported and provide the effective fixes. Support and/or perform other tests when necessary in UAT to ensure the environment is stable for the Testing. Prepare the necessary change details for the production environment.
