L1 IT Specialist

We are looking for an IT Specialist, who will join our team and will be responsible for the IT Support processes at our clients' headquarters, in Bucharest. To be successful in this role, you must have a good understanding of the field of IT Support and a desire to learn. You will also have the role of promoting the company's image, ensuring that our IT delivery procedures work smoothly at all times.

The main responsibilities:

• Email configuration and troubleshooting
• Operating system support: Windows / MAC
• Active Directory / DNS / DHCP knowledge
• Network protocols knowledge, TCP / UPD ports
• Use of helpdesk ticketing and ticketing system during the agreed time according to SLA
• Remote support for employees working in the home office system
• Users’ management and their rights in the used program
• Performs the installation and configuration of the purchased equipmen

Job requirements:

• Graduate of secondary or higher education with a technical profile
• Email configuration and troubleshooting knowledge
• Operating system knowledge: Windows / MAC
• Knowledge of Active Directory / DNS / DHCP
• Knowledge of network protocols, TCP / UDP ports
• Hardware knowledge for computers, printers
• Knowledge of services and network troubleshooting and protocols
• Organizational skills and compliance with deadlines
