Hi, This is with regards to an opening with Global Financial Services Firm in Mumbai Role - Manager - KYC Operations Project Management Exp - 4 to 8 years Location - Mumbai Skills - KYC Operations, Project Management, Change Management, Team Management Technical Project Management Lead KYC technology initiatives including system implementations, upgrades, and integrations Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria for projects Track project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies Develop and maintain project documentation, including status reports and meeting minutes Lead by example, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team Skills required: KYC Operations, Project Management, Change Management, Team Management Technical Project Management
