KYC Analyst - minimum 1 year experience

Job Description
Are you passionate about Know Your Customer and want to gain experience in a dynamic environment? Through Oliver James, you can join as a Junior KYC-Analist within the Private Clients domain. You support client research, fill in files with data from internal and public sources, and maintain telephone contact with clients to obtain missing information. Thanks to the broad portfolio of consumer clients, no day is the same: you will encounter topics such as gambling, crypto, real estate, and geographic risks. A challenging role in which you contribute to the professionalization of the department and simultaneously develop your own expertise.

Responsibilities

• Conduct desk research on consumer files using internal systems and external sources.
• Make telephone contact with clients to obtain missing information or clarification.
• Record findings in systems and formulate clear conclusions and risk classifications.
• Contribute to refining the client portfolio in accordance with Wwft guidelines.
• Actively contribute to team goals and process improvements.

Your Profile
You are meticulous, eager to learn, and have a proactive attitude. With your communication skills, you know how to conduct effective client conversations and record findings clearly. For this role, we ask:

• Minimum bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a KYC-analist.
• Available for 36-40 hours per week.
• Experience with telephone client contact and strong conversation skills.
• Good command of Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Hands-on mentality and balance between quality and quantity.
• Quickly pick up new knowledge and translate it into results.
