Job description
For Gemeente Rheden, we are looking for a Newcomers Quarter Manager. You will develop and implement innovative approaches and an implementation plan for asylum care in two new neighborhoods, taking into account the ambitions from the Thuis in Rheden policy framework.
You will bring together various stakeholders, including educational institutions and entrepreneurs, to ensure a more integrated approach.

- Inspiration by other municipalities and organizations through desk research, work visits, and interviews (such as Oss, Plan Einstein, municipality of Arnhem);
- Improving the network between education and entrepreneurship, focused on creating learning and working spaces and normalizing migration and immigration;
- Developing concrete solutions to make the ambition
