Job description
Function As quality responsible, you are responsible for the following task package: External customer feedback and internal comments are translated into concrete action plans and improvement projects. Complaints are thoroughly analyzed and result in in-depth 8D reports with corresponding corrective actions. Active involvement in the launch of new products, including interpreting customer specifications, determining control points, performing FMEA's and developing control procedures...
