Your responsibilities: As a quality worker, you are the hub of our quality policy. You ensure that our installers meet the high standards we maintain. You can expect the following responsibilities: • To inspect and monitor the quality of our installations and installations in progress; • To identify and report any deviations from our quality standards; • To provide guidance and support to our installers to ensure compliance with our quality standards; • To maintain accurate and up-to-date records of our installations and quality control activities; • To contribute to the continuous improvement of our quality policy and procedures; • To maintain a safe and healthy working environment; • To maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters related to our quality control activities. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, technology); • At least 2 years of experience in a quality control or assurance role; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment; • Certification in a relevant quality control or assurance standard (e.g. ISO 9001) is an asset.
