What awaits you

As a commercial apprentice, you will be part of the Schaffhausen General Agency team from day one. You will get to know the insurance industry firsthand and support us in our daily work.

What you will achieve with us

The focus of the apprenticeship is your training as a commercial employee in the private insurance industry. Through various departmental rotations, you will gain a comprehensive insight into the world of insurance and, thanks to your curious and open nature, get to know the daily work step by step. We will not leave you alone. A trainer will accompany you throughout your apprenticeship and help you get to know the different facets of everyday insurance work.

• Secondary school diploma with good grades or middle school diploma with very good grades
• Reliable work ethic and willingness to learn new things
• Teamwork skills and an open and friendly demeanor with people
• Motivated, curious, and enthusiastic personality
• Interest in the insurance world
