• Laying fiber reinforcements using the hand lay-up method and processing unsaturated polyester (UP), epoxy (EP), and vinyl ester (VE) resin systems
• Applying the vacuum infusion process, controlling vacuum and resin infusion, and producing high-quality composite components
• Processing pre-impregnated fiber semi-finished products (Prepreg) and manufacturing components with precisely matched fiber orientation and resin content
• Repairing existing fiber composite components, restoring damaged areas, and ensuring a return to original performance
• Operating digital control units (BU's), using projection lasers for precise fiber alignment, and controlling the mold building machine for the production of complex geometries

• Completed vocational training as a construction mechanic
• Several years of professional experience as a fiber composite plastics processor according to DVS 2290/2220
• Proficient in Excel and Word; CAD skills are an advantage
• High quality awareness and a continuous strive for improvement
• Openness to further qualification and training measures, as well as a team-oriented way of working with strong communication and cooperation skills
