For our campus with locations in Neuwied/Gladbach, Holzhausen, and Dausenau, we are looking for:

Plastics and Rubber Technologists / Process Mechanics for Plastic Parts Manufacturing (m/f/d)
Eaton Industries GmbH / Holzhausen Plant, Full-time (3-shift operation)

• Independent setup of injection molding machines and their peripherals
• Documentation of release processes and creation of retention samples
• Ensuring quality requirements according to the specified quality guidelines
• Monitoring and optimization of manufacturing processes
• Identification and elimination of injection molding defects and emerging faults
• Elimination of faults on machines and equipment
• Performing maintenance and cleaning work on injection molding machines and peripheral devices

• Completed training as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology, plastic molder, or a comparable qualification, technical understanding of injection molding machines (e.g., ARBURG), confident use of measuring instruments and Microsoft Office
• Team spirit, openness to change processes, and flexibility
• Work in a 3-shift system is required
