The KBST GmbH is a young, dynamic start-up from beautiful North Hesse with its seat in the Kassel area. We have a mission: We modernize retail.
With our digital shopping carts (ScanCart) we enable customers to experience a completely new, fast and independent shopping experience. In Germany, we are already nationwide at EDEKA – from Sylt to Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
Founded in 2018, we continue our successful growth course. As we strongly expand, we need you to provide the best service to our B2B customers and ensure the stability of our systems.
Aufgaben
Your tasks – Here you make a difference:
- 1st & 2nd Level Support: You are the central point of contact for our B2B customers (e.g. EDEKA branches) and handle technical and application-related inquiries by phone and email.
- Proactive care: You don't wait until problems arise. You actively monitor our systems, recognize potential disruptions early on, and implement solutions independently.
- Remote maintenance & analysis: You perform remote maintenance of our digital shopping carts. Thanks to your analysis, you resolve issues on our Android- and Linux-based systems.
- Dokumentation: You maintain our support cases in the ticket system and help keep our knowledge database up-to-date.
- Interface: You work closely with our development team to solve complex cases and feed customer feedback directly into the product.
Qualifikation
Your profile – What you bring:

Communication strength: You communicate excellently in German (spoken and written), are service-oriented, and can explain technical matters clearly and understandably.

Technical affinity: You have a strong interest in IT systems. Ideally, you already have experience in technical support, helpdesk or system administration.

Solution-oriented: You quickly get into new software, think analytically and find a solution for every problem.

Team spirit & independence: You are a reliable team player, but can also work independently and structured.

From an advantage (not a must!):

Experience with Linux systems (console).

English and/or French language skills.

Experience in the B2B environment.
