Customer Support Agent (m/f/d) Inbound & Outbound Telephony

MY HEALTH & BEAUTY stands for modern aesthetic medicine at the highest level. At our locations throughout Germany, we support patients from their initial inquiry to aftercare, with experienced doctors and a team that prioritizes service. We are looking for reinforcements for our growing customer support team who are convincing on the phone and enjoy helping people.

Your Responsibilities

• You will receive incoming calls from interested parties and patients, answer questions about our treatments and procedures, and be the first voice of MY HEALTH & BEAUTY.

• You will actively call back interested parties, for example, after inquiries via our landing pages, and accompany them to the consultation appointment.

• You will schedule, postpone, and confirm appointments at our locations, carefully maintaining our systems.

• You will conduct follow-up and service calls, for example, before and after treatments, and ensure an all-around good patient experience.

• You will work closely with our doctors, site teams, and marketing, and provide feedback from a customer perspective.

What You Bring

• Experience in telephone customer service, call center, sales, or a practice/clinic is an advantage; career changers with communication talent are also welcome.

• You have a friendly, confident, and obliging manner on the phone and are not afraid of outbound conversations.

• You speak German very well, both spoken and written; other languages (e.g., English, Turkish, Arabic) are a plus.

• You work in a structured and reliable manner and handle sensitive patient data with discretion.

• You are proficient in using PCs, CRM systems, and appointment calendars.

• You are happy to bring an interest in aesthetics, health, and beauty.
