Aufgaben

• You conduct demo-calls through which you actively listen, understand the needs of our customers in the e-commerce and SaaS sector, and provide suitable solutions.
• You process support tickets independently and find quick, customer-oriented solutions.
• You work closely with our onboarding & automation team to ensure customer satisfaction and continuously develop our solutions.
• You create content such as blog articles, templates, or help pages independently and actively supports the implementation of our KI- & content strategy.

Qualifikation

• You have experience in direct customer contact – ideally in the SaaS environment and bring a well-developed sense for customer needs with you.
• You understand how to define, track, and achieve realistic goals and KPIs – both for yourself and in collaboration with your team.
• You communicate securely on German and English – written and spoken.
• You bring ideal experience in the field of financial or payroll accounting – or have a good understanding of tax-related processes.
• You are familiar with common tools like Zendesk, Confluence, Slack, Google Workspace, or similar systems.
