Customer Service Specialist

We are a young startup from Fulda and specialists for hair bands, hair clips, and everything that belongs to it. As the largest online shop in the DACH region for these handmade products, we rely on quality and customer proximity. It is particularly important to us that we have everything under one roof - from production to shipping to customer support. This proximity to every step enables us to guarantee high-quality and quickly respond to customer wishes. Now we are looking for reinforcement for our team.

Tasks

Your Tasks

You process customer inquiries by email on topics such as order status, returns, general questions, and transport damage. You ensure a fast, friendly, and solution-oriented communication with our customers. Additionally, you support the returns management: You inspect returned items, document them, and wrap up the return processing. Furthermore, you maintain relevant information in our system and support with any administrative tasks in customer service.

Qualification

You bring this with you

Ideal would be if you already have experience dealing with customers, but this is not a requirement. What's more important to us is that you are solution-oriented and organized. You are proficient in computer use and are not afraid to learn new things. You pack flexibly where needed, and bring a hands-on mentality.
