Your Mission:

• Inbound Communication: Processing of inquiries by phone and in writing – always with a focus on excellent customer service.
• Solution-Oriented Work: You answer customer questions, solve problems, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Professional Support: You are the first point of contact for customers and work closely with our internal teams.

Your Profile:

• First experiences in dealing with customers,
• Very good German language skills (spoken and written – at least C1),
• You are comfortable working on a computer,
• You are willing to work shifts and weekends within our service hours,
• You excel in customer satisfaction, solution orientation, empathy, and sympathy,
• You have a friendly demeanor and respectful communication,
• A prerequisite for you is that you work from your home office (in Germany). The training will take place on-site in Hamburg.
