Customer Service & Sales Employee (m/f/d)

Petite Amelie designs and produces the most beautiful furniture and accessories for baby and children's rooms and has become a well-known name among many expectant and young parents. As a growing e-commerce company, we have international webshops and concept stores. Our products are developed with love and dedication, and happy customers make us happy. Petite Amélie is looking to strengthen its customer service team with an enthusiastic Customer Service Employee* with experience in customer service, customer support, retail, and an affinity for children's products, effective immediately.

Full-time or part-time possible: Days and hours flexibly arranged by agreement

Responsibilities

You are the personal point of contact for our online customers:

• You keep an eye on the order process and ensure that our customers' shopping experience runs smoothly.
• You are the contact person for our customers with inquiries regarding payment processing, order processing, and cancellations/returns.
• You support our customers via email, telephone, and social media and process customer inquiries.

These tasks will take up 80-90% of your time, and you will also advise customers in our concept store in Dormagen - mostly young and expectant parents - about the most beautiful products for baby and children's rooms.

Customer satisfaction is of central importance to us, which is why we have created a great workplace for our customer service team in our concept store, and you will literally be sitting among the beautifully decorated children's rooms.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training
• Affinity for baby and children's products
• Experience in e-commerce, as a customer service employee, sales assistant, customer service agent is desirable
• Career changers are welcome
• Good IT skills and a quick grasp of learning new software programs
• Customer-oriented way of working
• Friendly, communicative, and motivated personality
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken; English skills are a plus
• Willingness to work 1-3 Saturdays per month
• Independent and self-reliant work
