Your Role – Your Passion

• You coordinate the daily rental business and, together with our station team, ensure a smooth process for vehicle pick-ups and returns.

• The satisfaction of our customers is your top priority – you shape a positive customer journey.

• You support station management with staff planning and team training and contribute to everyone's development.

• You ensure that our quality standards are met – especially in dealing with our customers.

What you need to surf on the same wave as us

• Completed vocational training and 2–3 years of professional experience, ideally in car rental, tourism, or a comparable field.

• High service and customer orientation, as well as a friendly, professional, and open demeanor.

• Enjoy actively pitching in, as well as strong communication skills in direct contact with our customers.

• Organizational talent and the ability to maintain an overview and find solutions even in challenging situations.

• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.

• A valid driver's license class B.

Your Salary

We ❤️ Transparency. The salary band for this position is between EUR 34,000 and EUR 36,000 gross annually. We are currently introducing salary bands in our job descriptions to ensure that all employees are treated fairly. Once we get to know each other better during the application process and can assess your skills and experience more precisely, we will find out together which level within the salary band best suits you. Your salary will be reviewed at least once a year in an annual feedback discussion.
