Customer Service Representative for Customer Satisfaction (Remote, Part-time/Full-time)

Simplyright helps people who are having trouble with subscriptions, cancellations, or dunning letters. Many customers use our service and our subscription Simplyright+ for this. If something goes wrong, a person should take care of it personally. That's exactly why we're looking for you, part-time or full-time.

Your Tasks

• You exclusively deal with dissatisfied customers. This is your only task.

• You quickly call back customers with a complaint, listen, and understand what really happened.

• You calm down tense conversations and find a fair solution together with the customer.

• You clarify open questions internally with our team, for example regarding subscriptions, cancellations, refunds, or dunning letters, and reliably get back to the customer.

• You document each case cleanly in our ticketing system (Zendesk) and also respond by email.

• Your goal: An angry customer becomes a satisfied customer.

What you bring

• A lot of empathy and patience. You stay calm even when things get loud on the phone.

• Good German for phone calls. An accent is not a problem at all, you don't need perfect German.

• You are reliable, think proactively, and keep your promises.

• Ideally, experience in customer service, complaint management, or call centers. Career changers with the right instinct are also welcome.

• You can work during German business hours (Mon-Fri).

• A quiet workspace, stable internet, PC or laptop, and a headset.
