Customer Service with Focus on Nutrition (m/w/d)

Hi! We are NÀDARRA and were founded at the beginning of 2024. With our background in the field of nutrition science, we have set ourselves the goal of making a contribution to the health of our society. Hereby, it is particularly important to us that every individual is unique and therefore cannot be solved with one solution. Health is individual – just like you! Therefore, beside high-quality, individually dosed nutrient products, education is in focus, so that each person can find out what works for them. In our perfect world, the use of nutrients based on laboratory diagnostics will be covered by our health system. Each person should have the opportunity to receive individual and professional guidance from therapists. Therefore, we also want to inspire doctors and other therapists in topics such as nutrition and nutrition. We work closely with expert partners.

Aufgaben

Our work bears fruit, and therefore we need you so that our customers can be continuously well cared for. Because we have set ourselves a modest goal: to offer the best customer service in Germany 🚀 Here you come into play. You will be part of our customer service team and cover the following areas:

• You maintain orders and customer data carefully in our systems
• You respond empathetically and professionally to wishes, critical feedback, and complaints
• You offer our customers an individual, scientifically founded, and efficient expert and product consultation by phone and email
• You question and design proactively the processes in customer service and align yourself with other departments such as sales and logistics
• You are part of a small, dynamic team and like to get involved. Support in other areas, even in administrative tasks, is self-evident for you. For example, we look forward to support in caring for our online seminars for therapists - many things can be done, some things must 😉 In conversation, we can take a look together at where the journey can go.

Qualifikation

What you should bring with you

• You are a communication talent, have a developed sense for customer needs and a high standard for your work
• You possess very good German language skills in writing and speaking as well as a secure handling of common software programs (Outlook, Microsoft Office, CRM software)
• A completed degree or training and professional experience in the field of customer service are advantageous
• We also have therapists (doctors, nutritionists, etc.) among our customers. A scientific background (e.g., in the field of nutrition) would be beneficial but not necessary.
• You are flexible and open – looking beyond the edge makes you happy and even juggling a few things at once is no problem for you
• You are a doer – you take things independently, bring your own ideas and work solution-oriented
• You are a team player – you take responsibility. Honesty and openness have a high value for you
• You identify with our goals and have an interest in the topic of health

Working hours: Full-time
Employment: Monthly fixed salary
Work location: Hamburg, Harvestehude. Please understand that we are looking for someone on site and this is not a remote position.
