So make a difference

• You are our first voice and the first smile for our customers - by phone and email. You ensure that our customers feel understood and well taken care of.
• You work closely with our advisors and support all service processes.
• You are the interface to insurers and sales partners.
• You take care of applications, contract changes, and damage reports.
• You keep our customer data in CRM up-to-date and clean.

This is what you bring with

• a completed commercial or service-oriented training, as well as ideally experience in a customer-oriented field (e.g. customer service, -care or processing)
• You are reliable, work carefully, and stand behind an excellent service
• Communication strength on the phone, as well as very good German skills in writing and speaking
• A secure handling of PCs and common software programs
• Pleasure working with people, a friendly demeanor, and team spirit
• Knowledge of insurance or finance is helpful but not a prerequisite; motivation and willingness to learn count more!
