• As an important part of our service team, you will independently carry out commissioning, maintenance, and repairs on our Bosch Thermotechnology products after receiving thorough theoretical and practical training.
• Your area of deployment includes exciting tasks in multi-brand customer service (Buderus and Bosch Junkers), particularly with heat pumps, split air conditioners, gas and oil heating systems, and control units in existing system configurations.
• You will act as a competent contact person for our customers during measurements, inspections, and self-regulation of thermotechnology products and confidently resolve complaints with your analytical and technical skills.
• You will conveniently start your assignments directly from your place of residence. For this, you will receive modern IT equipment and a fully equipped service vehicle, the tool and spare parts inventory of which you will be responsible for.

• Education: Completed vocational training, preferably in the fields of mechatronics, electrical engineering, refrigeration technology, heating engineering, or related fields.
• Experience and Know-how: Professional experience in customer service; good PC skills; technical knowledge in the areas of heating technology, control technology, renewable energies, and system hydraulics is desirable.
• Personality and Work Style: You always act with a customer-oriented approach and, with your strong communication skills, always find the right words to inspire our customers; furthermore, you enjoy working in a team and actively contribute to achieving common goals.
• Languages: Very good German in spoken and written form.
