We are looking for a Customer Service Technician who will support us in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our customers' heating systems. The ideal candidate should have experience in the heating sector, be familiar with the relevant technical standards and regulations, and possess strong communication skills. As part of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating systems, as well as providing customer support and consulting services. You will also work closely with our customers to identify their needs and develop customized solutions.
