The ideal candidate will have experience in the heating sector and be able to provide excellent customer service. He/she should also be familiar with the products of BRÖTJE and have a good understanding of the technical aspects of heating technology. In addition, he/she should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have strong communication skills. The tasks of the Customer Service Technician will include providing customer support, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and maintaining relationships with customers. He/she will also be responsible for processing orders and handling customer inquiries. Furthermore, he/she will assist in the development of new products and services, and participate in training and further education programs.
