We are looking for a Customer Service Technician who will support us in maintaining and expanding our customer base in the Darmstadt/Mainz/Wiesbaden area. The ideal candidate should have experience in the heating sector and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. He or she should also be familiar with the relevant technical standards and regulations, such as those related to safety and environmental protection. In addition to his or her technical expertise, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with customers. The position requires a high level of flexibility and adaptability, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
