• Maintenance, inspection, and repair of plumbing, heating, and ventilation systems
• Troubleshooting and fault resolution for heating and plumbing systems
• Repair and customer service work in both private and commercial sectors
• Installation and replacement of components and systems
• Documentation of work performed
• Competent customer advice on-site
• Participation in on-call service (by arrangement)

• Completed training as an SHK systems mechanic (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in customer service is an advantage
• Independent, reliable, and meticulous working method
• Friendly and customer-oriented demeanor
• Teamwork skills and sense of responsibility
• Driver's license class B
