Customer Service Representative (m/w/d) for eCommerce with Getränkeland - Part-time (20 hours)

We are Getränkeland Online, a subsidiary of the stationary beverage retailer Getränkeland founded in 2021 for online business.

We currently operate three online shops:

- Dosenmatrosen for canned beverages

- Nomi Shop for plant-based milk alternatives

- Nullpegel for non-alcoholic alternatives

Excellent customer service and open, honest communication are particularly important to us.

To meet the growing number of orders and increasing demands, we are looking for reinforcement in customer service at our location in Elmenhorst near Rostock as of now.

Potentially, a higher weekly working hours are possible. We guarantee detailed, personal onboarding into our established processes and close cooperation with our customer service leadership.

Tasks

• You answer questions about articles and orders via phone and email
• In case of shipping problems, you contact the customer
• You use our IT systems to process complaints

Qualification

• You work structured, reliable, and meticulously
• You have experience in customer contact
• You are not afraid of working with IT systems
• You have very good German language skills
• You can work daily from Monday to Friday
