Customer Service Representative with German Language Skills

What will you do? Your task will be the processing of customer inquiries, incidents, questions, and doubts by phone and email in German and Spanish. Requirements Anforderungen: Secondary school diploma or equivalent education Absolutely necessary: German language skills on C2 level and Spanish language skills Solution-oriented personality with high customer orientation Basic knowledge of office software Experience in customer service is an advantage.
