To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated personality for the area of Claims Management with immediate effect.

Tasks

• Processing and monitoring of outstanding claims domestically and internationally
• Written and telephone communication with debtors
• Competent advice for debtors
• Ensuring the client's quality requirements and customer satisfaction
• Recording business transactions in the company software
• Support in the further development of our internal processes in claims management

Qualifications

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in debt collection / claims management is an advantage
• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Careful, structured, and independent way of working
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, and assertiveness
• Good German skills, English skills are an advantage
