Customer Service Representative Debt Management (m/w/d)

The UAI Group offers leading, local and cross-border debt collection services for municipalities (local governments) and private companies in the field of traffic-related fees and administrative charges throughout Europe.

In recent years, we have developed into one of the leading specialists for international searches for vehicle owners affected by non-paid fees and the recovery of unpaid fees.

To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for an engaged personality in the area of Forderungsmanagment.

Tasks

• Processing and monitoring open claims within and outside Germany
• Written and telephone communication with debtors
• Expert consultation for debtors
• Ensuring the quality requirements of the client and customer satisfaction
• Recording business transactions in our company software
• Supporting the further development of our internal processes in debt management

Qualification

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• First professional experience in the field of debt collection / debt management is advantageous
• Good MS-Office skills, especially Excel
• Meticulous, structured and self-responsible working style
• Communication strength, team ability and assertiveness
• Good German language skills, English language skills are an advantage
