Customer Service Representative Debt Management (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated personality for the area of Debt Management with immediate effect.

Tasks

• Processing and monitoring of outstanding debts domestically and internationally

• Written and telephone communication with debtors

• Competent advice to debtors

• Ensuring the client's quality requirements and customer satisfaction

• Recording business transactions in the company software

• Support in the further development of our internal processes in debt management

Qualifications

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification

• Initial professional experience in debt collection / debt management is an advantage

• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel

• Careful, structured, and independent way of working

• Strong communication skills, team spirit, and assertiveness

• Good German skills, English skills are an advantage
