Customer Service Leader Electro / Electrical Engineering (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Customer Service Leader Elektro (m/w/d) at our Hamburg location, effective as soon as possible.

We seek a personality who organizes and actively structures the customer service in the field of electrical engineering, further develops it, and operationally steers it. The position combines technical responsibility, customer contact, team coordination, and process optimization.

If you understand electrical engineering, are willing to take on responsibility, and have a desire to shape a crucial service area professionally and organizationally, this role may be well-suited for you.

Tasks

• Leadership, organization, and further development of the customer service department Elektro
• Optimization of processes in customer service
• Technical preparation, planning, and coordination of maintenance and service dates
• Creation and editing of offers
• Creation of site-specific maintenance contracts in collaboration with the construction management team
• Ensuring the quality of the services provided
• Coordination with customers, construction management, departments, and service techniciansFachliche support for technical questions in the field of electrical engineering

Qualification

• Completed training in the field of electrical engineering, ideally supplemented by a master's degree, technician, or study
• Multiple years of work experience in electrical engineering, building technology, or technical customer service
• First leadership experience or clear willingness to take on responsibility
• Technical understanding for service, maintenance, and upkeep processes
• Knowledge in the field of low-voltage technology is desirable
• Experience with fire alarm systems and/or burglary alarm systems is advantageous
• Organizational strength, clear communication, and a convincing demeanorFührerschein Klasse B
