For a company in Eilsleben, we are looking for you as a Customer Service Coordinator (m/f/d) for direct permanent employment with the company. You will coordinate service orders from customer inquiry to invoicing and commissioning.

Your Responsibilities

• Management of service orders from customer inquiry to invoicing and commissioning
• Scheduling and appointment planning for service technicians
• Coordination of planned maintenance and unplanned repair or fault response
• Coordination of appointments with customers and regional bundling of assignments
• Optimization of travel routes and ensuring high technician utilization
• Development of long-term maintenance plans and structured customer service

Your Profile

• Experience in scheduling, dispatching, or technical customer service, such as Service Coordinator, Customer Service Dispatcher, Planner, or Service Dispatcher
• Very good German and English language skills
• Strong customer orientation and organization with secure prioritization
• Excellent PC and MS Office skills
• Ideally, experience with workflow management software and technical prior knowledge
