Do you have professional experience in the automotive industry and at least two years of experience in customer service? Then we are looking for exactly you as a Customer Service Advisor! 🚀

Responsibilities

• Customer care and consultation for service and repair inquiries

• Scheduling, processing, and monitoring appointments and workshop orders, including invoicing

• Creating cost estimates

• Sales of accessories, tires, and additional services

• Offering and selling service packages and extended warranties

• Handling warranty and goodwill cases according to Mercedes-Benz specifications

• Close collaboration with operations management, workshop management, and the spare parts warehouse

Qualifications

• Basic vocational training in the automotive industry

• Preferably further education in a commercial field

• Experience as a Customer Service Advisor

• High customer and service orientation

• Good manners

• Good oral and written communication skills

• Reliable and goal-oriented work approach
