Your Responsibilities

• Competent support and advice for our customers in the workshop and body shop process
• Acceptance of repair and service orders as well as creation of cost estimates
• Appointment scheduling for workshop orders
• Ensuring smooth communication between customers and the workshop
• Active sales of service, accessories, and additional offers
• Invoicing and vehicle handover with professional explanation of the work carried out
• Maintenance and expansion of long-term customer relationships

Your Profile

• Completed basic technical training in the automotive industry (e.g., Automotive Mechatronics Technician EFZ)
• Further training as a Customer Service Advisor is an advantage
• Professional experience in customer service or a comparable role
• Strong customer and service orientation with a professional demeanor
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken; other languages are an advantage
• Driver's license category B
