We are looking for a motivated person as a Customer Service Advisor 60% who enjoys customer contact, is flexible and is willing to work on weekends.

What you can achieve with us

• Customer magic: You advise our customers in several languages at the counter or by telephone and take care of written correspondence. Your friendly demeanor and your communication skills make every contact a positive experience
• Reservation professional: You accept reservations, create rental agreements and invoice them. With your organizational talent, you ensure that everything runs smoothly
• Vehicle expert: You explain the vehicles and their equipment to the customers when they are handed over. Your technical knowledge and your enthusiasm for cars make every handover a highlight

What you bring with you

• Customer champion: Joy and experience in direct customer contact and confident handling of MS 365
• Language artist: Confident German (oral/written) as well as good English skills, other foreign languages are an advantage
• Driving professional: Valid driving license category B
• Flexibility hero: High level of commitment and flexibility with regard to working hours, including weekends
