Customer Service Technician / Field Service Technician (m/w/d)

We are looking for experienced developers behind the scenes. For over 75 years, we have been one of the leading specialists in balancing and vibration technology, with production facilities in Germany and the USA, global operating sales partners, and more than 150 employees at our headquarters in Pfungstadt.

To strengthen our international service team, we are looking for customer service technicians (m/w/d).

Tasks

You ensure that our machines run reliably with customers.

100% travel readiness means being on site for two to three weeks at a time.

If you like learning new countries and cultures, you're exactly right!

• Maintenance, commissioning, repair, and maintenance of our machines with customers in- and outside the country
• Conducting tests and creating test protocols
• Training customer personnel
• Final inspections as well as organization and implementation of upgrades

Qualification

• Technician (m/w/d) or technical training (e.g. mechatronics, electronics, industrial mechanics) with work experience
• Very good German, expandable English
• Safe handling of MS Office
• Desirable: Siemens SPS S7 / TIA Portal and basic knowledge in balancing and drive technology
• Travel readiness
• High service orientation and confident demeanor
