We are Miesen Hausgerateservice – a traditional company since 70 years, that finds and sends service technicians nationwide online.

We are looking for Customer Service Technicians (m/w/d) for various locations in Germany.

You diagnose and repair washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, cooking fields or ovens on site at our customers. With clear procedures, guidelines and top-equipped!

Tasks

• Diagnose, maintenance and repair of household appliances at the customer's site. (Washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, cooking fields and refrigerators). We train our technicians on the devices!
• Depending on the deployment location, possibly counseling and sales of household appliances directly at the customer's site.
• You keep a short record of your activities in our own software.
• If necessary, you participate in shaping the organization of the customer service.

Qualification

• You have completed an apprenticeship in an electrical trade (e.g. electrician, mechatronics technician, mechanic) or convince us with equivalent qualifications.
• A valid driving license of class B (III).
• The work is largely self-organized in customer contact – friendliness is very important!
• We give you free spaces, so we expect absolute reliability, care and order from you, as well as good self-organization.
• You are familiar with common PC and tablet applications & apps for yourself. (Emails, video calls, our own organizational software).
• We place great value on a courteous service towards our customers. You can advise customers comprehensively and empathetically about repair possibilities.
• If possible, your residence is near the deployment location.
