We are looking for an FTTx customer service technician (m/w/d) who enjoys working independently, takes responsibility and values direct customer contact.

In this role, you will be mainly responsible for installing, commissioning, and troubleshooting FTTx connections (FTTH / FTTB / FTTC).

Aufgaben

🛠️ Your tasks

• Installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of FTTx connections (FTTH / FTTB / FTTC)

• Analysis and resolution of faults in glass fiber and network components

• Conducting service and maintenance deployments at the customer's site

• Documentation of work in relevant systems

• Close coordination with internal specialist departments and deployment planning

• Ensuring quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction

Qualifikation

🎯 Your profile

• Completed training in the field of telecommunications, electrical engineering, IT or comparable

• Experience in the FTTx environment or network/service technology is advantageous

• Technical understanding, clean working method, and solution-oriented approach

• Customer-friendly demeanor and communication skills

• Class B driver's license

• Good German language skills
