EnerCapital stands for simple, fast and transparent financing of the energy transition – including photovoltaics, heat pumps, charging infrastructure, e-mobility & modernizations.

To ensure our processes run smoothly for customers and partner companies, we are looking for support in Service & Backoffice.

Tasks

Your Role 🎯

You accompany end customers and partner companies through the entire financing process: by phone, via email and behind the scenes in processing.

You are friendly, clear, structured – and bring cases to a close neatly.

Your Tasks 📞📂

Customer Service & Telephony

Telephone and written support for flow, documents, status, next steps

Clarify questions, explain processes clearly

Demonstrate conversations & to-dos in the system, track cases

Processing & Processes

Verify completeness and plausibility of documents

Request missing documents and consistently follow up

Maintain status and data in CRM

Prioritize tasks for banks/financial partners

Qualification

Your Profile 👤

Experience in customer service and/or backoffice/processing

Very good German language skills – you explain complex processes clearly and friendly

Structured, meticulous working style and joy in bringing things to a close neatly

Stress-resistant, can prioritize well and handle multiple cases simultaneously

Confident with digital tools (CRM, MS Office)

Team player with hands-on mentality

✨ Plus (not required): Experience with credit/financing processes or document review.
