To achieve this, we're looking for you. You are more than just a clerk. You are our Communication Expert, who reads between the lines and uses modern tools (such as AI) to offer excellent service.

We work almost exclusively in writing – concentrated, quiet, and without ringing phones.

Aufgaben

Your Tasks

• Understand what's really going on: You process customer inquiries via email. While doing so, you take a close look: What is the real reason for the inquiry? Where does the shoe pinch? You recognize the underlying reasons and solve the problem at its root.
• Clear text with structure: You write no Romans, that nobody reads. Your answers are friendly, but above all clearly structured. The customer sees the solution on the first glance.
• Detective for improvements: If you notice that customers stumble or misunderstand something at a specific point in the shop, you pass this feedback directly to our team. This way, you help us make the website better over time.
• Smart tools usage: You use modern tools and AI assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, DeepL) to formulate your answers even more accurately, quickly, or internationally.
• Solutions organize: In case of problems (e.g., transport damage), you coordinate the solution with warehouse and logistics so that the customer can receive a replacement quickly.

• Analytical View: You recognize connections. You ask yourself: „Why does this error occur?“ and not just „How do I delete the email?“.
• Digital Curiosity: You move confidently on your PC and see AI and new software as helpful assistants that simplify your work.
• Writing Talent: You formulate safely and sympathetically in German (native speaker level).
• Maker Mentality: You don't wait. You tackle things and bring them to an end.
• Interest in Enjoyment: You have a desire to dive into the world of wines (no prior knowledge required, curiosity is enough).
