Customer Service & Graphic Design (m/f/d)

Gradoo is a young, growing company focused on school time, graduation, and school merchandise. We support students and schools from the initial idea to the finished product. In doing so, we combine creative ideas, digital solutions, and personal support, turning individual visions into real products.

Responsibilities

• You independently support our customers throughout the entire process. From the initial contact to quote creation and contract closing.
• You advise and train our customers on design possibilities, products, and workflows.
• Creation of artwork (from the first customer briefing to final artwork).
• Creation of layouts on various topics.
• Creation of mockups, graphics, catalogs, and magazines.
• Co-creation of merchandise and textile designs.
• You contribute your own ideas and actively develop our processes, templates, and designs.

Qualifications

• You enjoy communicating clearly and confidently in direct customer contact, whether in a team, by phone, or via WhatsApp.
• You are committed, independent, and motivated, and enjoy taking ownership of customer management.
• You are proficient in Adobe programs (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat) and have experience with Canva.
• You have a strong sense of design and a good eye for detail.
• You have an interest or ideally experience in the area of merchandise/textiles.
• You are eager to learn new and modern AI tools.
• You have completed vocational training in graphic design or media design.
• You have a hands-on mentality and want to actively co-develop rather than just implement.
